...Warranty and Service...

All of our systems and parts are fully warranted for your protection. Our purpose is to keep your network or home computer functioning properly.

• All Custom-Built Systems carry a 1 Year parts / labor Warranty except as specifically noted.  Most critical parts, such as hard drives and monitors, carry a 3 year warranty with the device manufacturer.

• For an additional nominal charge, we will, if possible, transfer any documents and data files from your old computer to the new one.

• We periodically follow-up with you to find out if your system is working properly and to see if you have any questions.
